Returns 

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that your received it.

 

Items that are not discounted or discounted below 50% will be fully refunded via the original payment method of the customer. 

 

All items discounted by 50% or more will be refunded via store credit in the form of a SHOPESY Gift Card / E-Gift Card. (Discounted items of 50%, such as Christmas sales & Anniversary Sale, will be refunded only 25% via store credit. The reason is that during big store sales, we are selling our product very cheap and therefore giving our customers a thank you price for supporting our brand.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To ensure the quick processing of your return please confirm the return facility address with our customer service at support@shopesyusa.com and provide us with the tracking number.

 

Cancellation 

 

We do not accept any cancellation or refund when customer made a purchase from us. 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you purchased the item that has been discounted above 50% + off, then you will only receive a 25% refund via store credit. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please take a video or photo showing that the product is defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shopesyusa.com

 

Damaged on Arrival

 

Please let us know if the product is damaged when you received it. And we will do a exchange for you. 

 

Warranty

 

All purchases are protected by a 5 year warranty. If the item is broken, we can do a free replacement. 

 

 

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2626 Grand Canal Irvine CA 92620 United States. Please do not mail the products back before contacting us! We must make sure that you are qualified to returned your item. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
